One of our graduate standards is Influencing Action, how do we take the skills and knowledge that we learn and influence the world around us?
This year it was through the "Harold Project." Students worked with Mountain View High School engineering capstone students to learn the engineering process.
They brainstormed problems/solutions, created prototypes, made presentations of their ideas, provided feedback to the high school students prototypes, toured the engineering lab at MVHS and ultimately were a part of Harold getting his new wheels!
